Shipping and Returns

We understand that shipping and return procedures are just as important as the product being bought. We take all aspects of customer service serious and work hard to ensure that you're treated special and get the unparalleled service and support that you deserve. Customer Service

Shipping

We currently ship to all states in the continental United States. Orders ship within 1 - 2 business days, with most orders being shipped the day they're ordered. Orders are shipped expedited via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, unless noted otherwise on the product's detail page (for example, cornhole boards ship FedEx). You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. The email will include your tracking number.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us by phone or email. If we can fulfill your order, we will determine any special pricing that may apply, including higher shipping rates, and give you special ordering instructions.

Returns

Any new, unused, or resalable products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If the return is from a mistake we made, we will pay return shipping, otherwise you are required to pay return shipping. To send a product back, please contact us via our web form, email, or phone. We will log your order number and issue you an RMA number. We'll then give you instructions for returning your item(s).
